Artist Statement: I typically paint every evening, with a focus on the given season. I like to observe those elements that are ordinary but change with the weather. Some of my favorite things to observe are leaves, flowers, feathers, rocks…ordinary subject matter that continues to change with the temperature. I use Stillman & Birn Beta Series, Daniel Smith watercolors and a Copic Multiliner or a Lamy pen.
